Validation checks in Data Entry :
a) Enrolment No. :

-It must exist in the Master student database files

-It should be of required size and data-type (Numeric or alphanumeric) that is ( 9 digits)
The Other Student details should not be filled up as they may linked with Enrolment No and can be retrieved.

b) Study Centre Code. :
-It must exist in the Master Study Centre Data files.

-A Combo Box should pop up with the existing list.

c) OS/Platform Validation. :
-It must exist in the Master Data files of Valid OS/Platforms.

-A Combo Box should pop up with the existing Valid list.

d) Package/Language Validation. :
-It must exist in the Master Data files of Valid Package/Language.

-A Combo Box should pop up with the existing Valid list.

e) Subject of Project Validation

-A Combo Box should pop up with the existing Valid list.


f) Name of Project Validation

-It should not be Null and should be of Character type.

g) Project Status. :
-A Combo Box should pop up with the following Choice
A-Approved
R - Rejected
W - Waiting (Default)
